How do we work the Design to Visual Factory — from concept to production. You also need Image or Communication?

What design services do you offer?

We develop complete design solutions focused on consistency and function:

  • Visual identity (logo, colour palette, typography and visual system);
  • Editorial design (books, catalogues, magazines, reports);
  • Menus and set menus for the hotel and catering industry;
  • Packaging and promotional materials;
  • Visual content for social media and campaigns.
How does a visual identity project begin?

We start with briefing and research (context/audience/competition). We define positioning, application requirements (digital/print) and present visual explorations. We refine with feedback and deliver the brand guidelines with ready-to-use files.

Do you do editorial design (books, catalogues and reports)?

Yes. We plan grids and typography, handle imagery, and ensure artwork preparation (PDF/X) and we can follow along with print production to ensure colour fidelity and finish.

Do you create menus and materials for the hospitality and restaurant industry?

Yes, we develop menus with clear hierarchy, legibility and materials suited to their use, maintaining coherence with the space's identity (including tabletop items and signage, where necessary).

Do you make packaging and promotional materials?

Yes. We have structured it layout, labelling and legibility, we recommend paper types and finishes (varnish, embossing, hot stamping) and optimise for production and logistics.

What formats do you deliver? Can I edit them afterwards?

We deliver PDF/X for printing and SVG/PNG for digital. Open files (AI/INDD) can be included by agreement, with indication of sources/licences and brand guidelines.

What is the average turnaround time and how do the revisions work?

We define a schedule by milestones (concept -> mockup -> artwork) and cycles of review agreed in the budget, ensuring control and predictability.

Do you need content, or do you produce images as well?

We work with provided content or we produce it photography/video to ensure visual consistency across all pieces.

How do I ask for a design quote?

Send objectives, audience, necessary collateral and deadlines via contact form your email. We will respond with a proposal and suggested schedule.
